- Conversation data: messages sent via the widget or dashboard, and system responses.
- Technical and usage data: basic logs and identifiers such as IP address, timestamps, and device/browser signals, for security and performance.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Generate chatbot responses using your configured sources.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse and security incidents.
