  • Conversation data: messages sent via the widget or dashboard, and system responses.
  • Technical and usage data: basic logs and identifiers such as IP address, timestamps, and device/browser signals, for security and performance.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Generate chatbot responses using your configured sources.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse and security incidents.
  • Communicate with you about product and support.
