Chatme provides tools to create and embed an AI support assistant, manage knowledge sources, and review conversations.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials or use the Services in a way that violates applicable laws.

4. Customer content and knowledge sources

You retain ownership of content you submit (including knowledge sources and conversation content you provide). You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Services.
  • Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business or compliance decisions.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services, users, or third parties.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
